Woman Within International is a non-profit organization dedicated to making the Woman Within Weekend available to women across the world. At the heart of our organization is a network of volunteers who staff our trainings, continue to develop new programs and grow our organization. Tax-deductible gifts and donations are an important part of continuing the work of Woman Within International.

The story behind the "dancing women" items ...

The "Dancing Women" jewelry was created from the image of the woman inside the rose of the Woman Within logo.  Each "dancing woman" is handmade of wire and bead(s) and is uniquely different, symbolizing our own individuality. These "dancing women" illustrate beautifully the 'dance' women experience in every aspect of our life on a daily basis.  They cannot be found in any store.  These are unique to Woman Within International. 

Because each earring set is unique, as is each pendant, please order your item(s) by color choice of wood, plastic or glass bead(s), leaving the creator to be inspired and send your own dancing women through the mail!  (or you may choose any of the items in the sample picture, depending on availability - some beads are one of a kind and are no longer available) It is the intention of the creator that each earring set and pendant be different than any other - no two are the same!

The story behind the "woman within" ring ...

Back in January 1991, a Woman Within grad wanted to anchor her experience of her Woman Within Weekend with something tangible that would always represent the journey she began at House in the Wood in Delavan WI.  Back home, in a local souvenir store, she found a sterling silver ring like the one in the picture here.  This ring was it!  This is what she was looking for!  This woman, surrounded by a circle, with a flower (that could be a rose) in her hair, spoke volumes.  The purchase was made, and either the original silver ring or its gold replacement has been worn every day since, with the exception of having to remove all jewelry when staffing!  A friend who purchased the only sister to this ring had a jeweler friend who could make this ring in gold - a much sturdier piece of jewelry for everyday use, and one that could be sized accordingly!  Ten copies were made and sold.  That was more than 18 years ago!

Now, WWIL is pleased to offer a replication of this ring to you.   George at Abraham's Jewellery in Windsor, Ontario has crafted the one you see in the pictures here.  You can order this ring in 10K yellow gold as seen here, or in rose gold, or white gold.  The price varies depending on the price of gold at time of order.  A portion of the sale from each ring will be given to WWIL.  Call George at 1-519-944-9787 or write to him at info@abrahamsjewellery.com for more details on how you can purchase your ring.  All ring orders are placed directly through Abraham's Jewellery and will be shipped directly to you from Abraham's.
