Woman Within Australia Training Weekend

In March 2008, a unique personal development weekend came to Australia – twice - thanks to the efforts of a growing community of interested women. The 2 weekends scheduled in March 2008 at Koonjewarre Accommodation & Activity Centre, Springbrook Mountain, QLD were a great success. The planning took over 4 years by a small and committed group and we welcomed all expressions of interest from women in order to reach our target numbers.

Since 1988, nearly 10,000 women from more than 20 countries have chosen to experience this transformational weekend. The Woman Within Training was created by Women, for Women and is a unique opportunity for a woman to explore how her life could be different and to re-affirm her essence and her life choices. It offers a series of exercises, guided imagery and intense individual and group work so that she can see and transform what holds her back.

The one-to-one staff ratio allows for personal attention and ensures that women are witnessed and supported as they reclaim their passion for life and belief in themselves. Women involved in running and attending the weekends are of all ages and cultural backgrounds, aged from 18-80 and beyond. They come from many different countries, professions and walks of life.
