INCEST HEALING – UNPLUG FROM THE SPELL

A WEEKEND FOR WOMEN SURVIVORS OF INCEST

This weekend is for women survivors of incest who want to explore how this childhood experience may still be affecting them as adult women. While some time will be devoted to looking at the wounds of incest, the focus of this weekend is ‘beyond the wounds’.

For the purpose of this workshop, INCEST is defined as the imposition of sexually inappropriate acts on a child by a parent, sibling, cousin, uncle, aunt or grandparent. The incestuous assault violates an ongoing bond of trust between a child and a caretaker.

Marlene will utilize a Fate and Destiny approach to help you explore how your personal power may be affected by the incestuous assault.

At this weekend you will have an opportunity to:

• Identify and transform the patterns that stem from living with incest and understand how these patterns may impact you as an adult woman
• Become clear as to how this experience may be affecting your spirit and compromising your quality of life
• Explore how the child’s coping methods hamper the adult’s sexual satisfaction
• Understand how the child’s primal instinct for survival affects the adult’s choices for self protection
• Understand the difference between the ‘victim’ and the ‘survivor’
• Explore how the perpetrator may still be showing up in your life
• Find the inner peace that comes from sitting in group dialogue with others who have shared a similar journey
  

For more than twenty-five years, Marlene has worked with thousands of individuals from one-to-one coaching to conducting workshops, seminars and retreats in the fields of personal growth and leadership development.

Marlene has a Masters of Science in Psychology and is the designer and presenter of numerous workshops. An open, compassionate perspective allows Marlene to communicate effectively with workshop participants and to provide a safe environment for healing work.

Marlene is a Weekend Leader for Woman Within International and she is a graduate of the Caroline Myss Institute in Sacred Contracts and Archetypal Consulting.

Marlene is an incest survivor and has worked with hundreds of incest victims both in workshops and private practice.

This workshop is for all women, both Woman Within graduates and non-graduates, who know they have experienced an incestuous assault. Participants must already have done some type of therapeutic work with regards to the incest experience.

Cost:
$395.00 Non-residential workshop – you may sleep at home if convenient, or find your own accommodations. Meals not included.

Deposit:
$100.00 non-refundable deposit holds your space. Balance is due no later than 14 days prior to workshop.
