Woman Within — Level 2: Archetypes of the Castle

Do you yearn to know more about yourself as a woman and learn how to use ALL of the power of who you are?

This new program uses the metaphor of the Castle to look at nine archetypal energies in your life, and as a result you will:

Renew trust; reclaim your innocence, your birthright, and the essence of who you are by examining the nursery and the infant archetype.
Learn to reparent yourself so you can play and have fun in the world as you explore the child's room of the castle.
Know yourself and cut yourself free from the messages that keep you closed down by revisiting the adolescent's room.
Acknowledge and birth your mission by getting to know the creative mother that dwells in the kitchen of your castle.
Meet your warrior in the Career Room and learn how to take action in the world by learning skills to protect your mission and purpose.
Open your heart to your inner lover by embracing your beauty and sexuality by releasing shame about your body.
Have an opportunity to break through stuck patterns as you transform both known and unconscious shadows that are keeping a part of you in the dungeon.
Learn how to hold the tension of life and death as you visit the crone in the garden.
Use the Queen energy to take your place in the world by honoring your inner authority.

These objectives will be met through the use of didactic presentations, small group discussions and experiential exercises, all led by certified Woman Within Facilitators and Facilitators-in-Training.

This training is open to all Woman Within graduates; no other prerequisite applies. However, it is recommended that you attend Women Empowering Women prior to Woman Within — Level 2.

This new program replaces the former WWL2 as a requirement for women interested in entering the Facilitation Track.

This workshop will be taught and facilitated by certified Woman Within leaders. Three of the presenters are:

Char Tosi, RN, MS, has touched the lives of thousands of men and women around the world over the past 25 years through her work as founder of Woman Within®, author of Mother's Shadow Workshop, Your Sexual Self, and presenter of Couples Weekend with her husband, Rich Tosi. She is passionate about creating spaces for men and women to examine archetypal energy in their lives.

Monica Robinson, LCSW, is a certified Facilitator 3 for Woman Within and has been involved in staffing weekends and serving as a leader for the organization for 13 years. She has led Empowerment Circles and served on the Midwest Board. She is a psychotherapist with specialized training in issues of grief and trauma and has training in Jungian and Creative therapies. Monica has staffed the previous Woman Within Level 2 numerous times.

Esther Robertson is a certified Facilitator 3 for Woman Within and has been a leader in the organization since March 1996, by serving on the Midwest Regional Board, leading Empowerment Circle Intensives, One Day Staff Trainings, practicums, and staffing Woman Within Level 2. She is the creator of Learning a Mother's Language of Love, a workshop that heals the shame women felt as children and mothers. She is co-creator of Aging Grace, a workshop for women over 50 that celebrates the Crone, and Path to Aging Grace, a program for women under 50.

Also participating will be other certified facilitators and facilitators-in-training.

As of September 1, 2006, a $20 'travel surcharge' will be added to all WW International workshop fees. It is our hope that this additional cost is temporary .
